- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
