  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the brown butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  5. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  8. Fold in the toffee bits and chocolate chips.
  9. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  11. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
