- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon blue food coloring
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Add vanilla extract, blue food coloring, and almond extract. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- During the last few minutes of churning, add mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
