  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop into pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chives, garlic powder, and the cooked bacon.
  4. Season the salmon fillets with paprika and cayenne pepper.
  5. Stuff the cheese mixture into the salmon fillets.
  6. Place the stuffed fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
