  • 4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast, let it foam for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix in sugar, melted butter, and eggs.
  3. Add flour and salt, knead until smooth.
  4. Let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Roll dough out, spread Biscoff cookie butter, and sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar.
  6. Roll up dough, slice, and place in a baking dish.
  7. Let rolls rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Mix powdered sugar and milk, drizzle over rolls.
