- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1 cup shredded birria beef
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup birria consommé for dipping
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of sourdough.
- Place one slice, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Layer the shredded birria beef and mozzarella cheese on top.
