- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the ground turkey with the diced turkey bacon and chicken ham until browned.
- Add marinara sauce and Italian seasoning to the meat mixture; stir well.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of the meat mixture, followed by layers of noodles, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic and onion to the meat mixture.
- Feel free to substitute other meats or vegetables.
