  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
  2. Place the beef in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
