Bang Bang Salmon Bites

A delicious and easy-to-make appetizer featuring salmon bites with a flavorful bang bang sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a bowl.
  3. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and coat them with the sauce.
  4. Roll the salmon pieces in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  5. Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the heat level by adding more or less Sriracha sauce.
  • Serve with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
