  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Coat the salmon cubes in the sauce mixture, then roll them in panko breadcrumbs.
