  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup sliced bananas
  • 1/2 cup crushed cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in banana pudding mix and milk, followed by vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Before serving, layer with whipped cream, sliced bananas, and crushed cookies.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, use ripe bananas.
  • Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
