  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  5. Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
  6. Pour the balsamic mixture over the chicken, then add broccoli around the chicken.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
