  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and oregano, then add them to the skillet.
  4. Brown the chicken on both sides, about 5 minutes each side.
  5. Remove the chicken and add the sliced peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  6. Add the chicken back to the skillet, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
