Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugars, and oil until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and pumpkin spice.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into muffin tins lined with paper liners.
  7. Sprinkle brown sugar crumble on top of each muffin.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
