  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the baby potatoes and place them in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
