  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, combine the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the diced apples gently.
  6. Scoop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. While the fritters are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
