- 1 pound ground turkey
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, diced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- Add diced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cooked bacon, sautéed mushrooms, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf.
- Place in a greased baking dish and bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
