  • 3 scallions, chopped

  • 200 grams noodles
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  2. Add chicken breast and cook until fully cooked, approximately 15 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken and shred it once cool.
  4. Add scallions, ginger, garlic, and noodles to the pot.
  5. Cook until noodles are tender, about 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in the shredded chicken, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes

  • This soup can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
