  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 medium apples, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, shredded coconut, almond butter, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
