Apple Pie Egg Rolls

A delicious fusion of traditional apple pie and crispy egg rolls, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  2. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto the center of an egg roll wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan.
  5. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
