  • 1 cup of butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter and eggs, then add the vanilla.
  4. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped apples.
