Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
